Very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and polite. The whole experience was pleasant! Very helpful with cancelling FEGLI (Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance) and assisting with beginning the transfer of my TSP (Thrift Savings Plan). I look forward to meeting with him again to complete and fill our my retirement booklet. This man needs a raise for what he does!
